My job role at HR Elite is the HR coordinator, and I assist and support the Consultants with the administration and coordination of work for our clients.
I currently work with a number of different clients who are on our compliance, effective workforce and bespoke packages. I carry out a range of tasks including administration for a new client, providing them with their Contract and Handbook templates; a new employee providing them with their employment documentation, as well as a variety of other letters, templates and documents throughout the clients and employees time with us. I am also involved with the coordination of recruitment and selection, updating handbooks with new policies and legislation and sickness absence.
My background includes Health and Safety and I have obtained IOSH training, so I also provide assistance to our clients that need support in this area.
My role is growing and developing during my time at HR Elite and I am really excited about my future here. My learning has been enhanced so much since starting with the company, particularly with the support from the consultants. However, for me to be able to learn and grow in my role even more so, I am going to be participating in the HR Masterclass that we are running in January 2020. As well as the Masterclass I will then be undertaking a course to attain the CIPD Level 3 certificate.
I love my job at HR Elite, we have a really great team and the support everyone provides to each other is something you always get in organisations. I get a great satisfaction from providing administration services to our clients, being able to offer the support and assistance in areas they need it to make their jobs easier by giving them the time back to do what they do best.
