Hi there! My name is Jasmine and I am Marketing Coordinator for HR Elite. I first joined HR Elite in April 2019 after my maternity leave ended with my daughter Lily. I wanted a job that I could be proud of and be a working mum role model. I started off as Marketing assistant where my duties included writing content for our weekly blogs and e-shots and then scheduling and promoting the content.
Since then, my role has been overhauled dramatically and I now plan and manage the content created by the marketing team and HR Consultants. This year I have learnt so much on the principles of marketing and the processes behind the scenes. I have completed various training and coaching sessions to develop my knowledge on Google Analytics, SEO and reporting on the successes of the marketing projects.
This year we have developed the HR Masterclass programme which has a lucrative marketing campaign including posters, e-shots, podcasts and videos. The HR Masterclass has been created to give HR Leads of SME’s a safe place to interact, give advice and feedback on HR experiences. This environment will mirror the experience Rachel, our Director had when she worked for NHS (read more about Rachel here). With the challenges 2020 has brought upon HR Leads we thought this would be a perfect monthly get together to allow the members to create life long friends in a similar field and not feel so alone in the HR world.
This year the marketing team has expanded with the introduction of our Digital Apprentice who is an absolute genius on photoshop which has elevated our marketing campaigns to the next level. Holly creates all of our images from scratch and developed our branding into the instantly recognisable images popping up on social media.
Next year I am really looking forward to developing my knowledge further and bringing new content ideas to our new marketing campaigns!
